Your Career Profile
We’re thrilled that you’re on your way to your new career!
Take as much time as you need to tell us everything about you, your job search, and your goals. Remember, the more thorough you are in your responses, the more we know about you and the better we can translate where you’ve been professionally to where you want to be!
If you happen to think of additional data points, you do not need to redo your entire career profile. Simply email your additional information to aadler@fivestrengths.com.
Special Notes
Click “Save and Continue” frequently. The first time you do this, you will be prompted to enter your email and have the link into which your profile is embedded for later retrieval and editing sent directly to you. You can opt to copy and paste the link provided as well, but we recommend that you have it emailed to you. This link contains all your private data, so do protect it carefully, because anyone who has that link will be able to see your responses.
Click “Submit” ONLY when you are done. That will nullify the link described above, although you will receive final copies of your responses, as will we.

Are You Finished? What to Expect Now
First, review all of your materials and comments to ensure that we have the deepest, fullest understanding of you as an expert in your field.
Second, when you’re ready, click the “Submit” button. This will send a complete copy of all of your responses to us and to you, so check your email for that. If you discover that you want to add a data point, feel free to email that to us at aadler@fivestrengths.com. No need to redo your entire profile!
Third, sit back and wait. We will send a draft of your resume to the email you provided at the beginning of your profile within 3 business days. You’ll then have a week to review it and request revisions (as many as you like within that time frame).
